70% of Cebu drainage clogged with trash . In 2015 ,the creek was dredged but still garbage proliferated. It draws a very foul odorous water from Estero de Parian , starting the Colon Obelisk stretching to 1.5 Kilometer long From Jakosalem Street , Mabini Street and Logarta Street , crossing Tabacalera Bridge in Cuenco Avenue and Mcarthur Palma Bridge in Osmena Boulevard .

It collects tons of garbage , wastewater non-stop from M. Velez, B. Rodriguez , Bacalso Avenue , thousand of houses along Tres De Abril Street , Brgy Sambag II , Sambag I , Pahina Central , Pahina San Nicolas , Pasil and Ermita as the dirtiest since it has household pipes .
