Research Center for Iloilo ( RCI) establishes and maintains a framework that strives towards the high degree of quality information , contents lay out and it's semantics to give an optimal customer satisfaction.

1.1 The design - The old paper design was chosen to accentuate the thematic purpose - history
1.2 Simplicity - .RCI has only 4 sub-category with corresponding subsets . Home page is configured in taxonomical way for convenience and easy scroll-browsing. Lay out of articles are arranged in a way its easy for the intended end-user ( reader) to grasp the context , ideas and concept employing infographics , photo and hyperlinks.

Internal and External Audit are vital for enhancing the appropriateness of words , phrases to convey effective communication.

b. Punctuations , capitalization are given focus but not exclusively observed by the author by choice . c.. American English diction are religiously and generously used.
d. As cardinal law , the content is free from jargon , highfalutin and complicated words or phrases that may mislead , misread and mis-construed by readers .
e. The author use exaggeration sparingly and appropriately. Avoidance of meaningless superlative , subjective or emotional adjectives and obvious fanaticism .They are following but not limited to “Awesome,” “Best ” “Great,” “Top,” and “Most ” .
